What is a good day? 
On a good day, I sleep late, cook delicious food and meet up with friends.

What do you like about your work at IN VIA? 
My work is varied and I get to meet new people.

What are your challenges and successes at IN VIA? 
Challenges: It's exhausting when participants are late and don't join in. And when the group is very large on an excursion.
Successes: The introductions work well. The participants give positive feedback.

Do you have a personal highlight since you joined IN VIA? 
I have very fond memories of the weekend trip to Walchensee.

If you had one wish, what would it be? 
I would like the participants to be punctual. And I wish that IN VIA would continue to provide good information and even more opportunities for meeting people.
