IN VIA München e.V. is a professional association specialising in Bahnhofsmission, youth housing and migration.
Around 85 women and men currently work in the association's various facilities and services as specialists/employees in pedagogy, housekeeping or administration. The work is supported by over 300 Volunteers.
People are at the centre of everything we do. As a Catholic organisation, our work is based on the Christian faith and is therefore open to everyone, regardless of gender, origin, religion or ideology. 125 years of experience and our integration into Caritas and the Catholic Church provide a professional framework and security. Our pioneering spirit and our size enable a personal working atmosphere, short decision-making processes and efficient working. It is important to us that we treat each other with trust and respect as the basis for professional work that is constantly evolving.
Our salary and social benefits are based on the labour contract guidelines of the Caritas Association (AVR Caritas). These include an annual special payment and a company pension plan.
