BAHNHOFSMISSION MUNICH

First and last point of contact

For many people, the Bahnhofsmission is their first and often last point of contact. The reasons why people need help are as varied as the people who turn to us: Addiction problems, people who have been robbed or women fleeing with their children from their violent husbands come to us, as do homeless people and refugees

TO THE BAHNHOFSMISSION

Counselling - listen, help, refer

You can speak to employees confidentially in the three counselling offices. Together we will find the next step and what support is needed. This can be concrete help on site or the staff can put you in touch with a relevant specialist centre.

Experts for the social network

The staff at the Munich Bahnhofsmission know the social network in and around Munich. This enables them to provide targeted advice to those seeking help. Regardless of whether it is about accommodation, social facilities and services or authorities. The staff know the addresses, opening hours and responsibilities.

Low-threshold offer

The Bahnhofsmission is open around the clock, every day of the year. Anyone seeking help can come to us - even at night and on Sundays and public holidays. Origin, gender, age, religious denomination or social status are irrelevant to us. People seeking help can simply drop by without an appointment, we are there for them. Read more
